I started cooking four years ago as a hobby, and it led into the formation of a BBQ competition team. The more that my food got noticed more individuals wanted me to cook for them.

During those four years, my taste tester/assistant was my wonderful daughter. She picked up on how things were prepared as well as, how time that we put into cooking. In January of this year, we applied for Business license and started the process. We are awaiting the opportunity to cook for you and or your event, to provide great food at a fair price, to bring you wonderful memories for the future.

Please let us know if you just need a rack of ribs or a turkey breast smoked for dinner. Or if we can cater your office party, wedding, graduation party, or neighborhood get togethers.
